Definitely refreshing, diesnt seem as thick as the nude shade or version of lip plumping glosses they have which is a plus. I do not like a thick coating and this one seems lighter. I guess you get what you pay for on this one. I definitely wouldn't say it's a Fenty dupe. I did purchase a different color in this line and had great success.
