Great mask for thin, dry hair
I always love a good hair mask but with thin hair I'm often left with a slight residue or a very hydrating mask that weighs my hair down. This new Weightless Volumizing Hydration Mask by Olaplex did not give me either of those issues which I loved. I have a lot of hair and it is curly so it tends to...

Love this hair mask!
I love how the hair mask feels so buttery yet it does not weigh my hair down nor make it feel greasy. My hair feels so hydrated, voluminous and clean! I've noticed that my hair is also less frizzy, smooth, and shinier since using the mask weekly. **This review was collected as part of a promotion.
honestly impressed
Hair Type Straight Hair
Been really loving this mask. I've had it roughly two weeks now and I've been trying to use it 2-3 times a week. Wow though the results are great. To preface, I have pretty straight (slight wave) and fine hair that's oily at the roots but dry at the ends. And I feel like I am always searching for something that adds softness and shine without making my hair look flat. But first time I used this, I was honestly impressed. It instantly made my hair feel silky and light. It also felt smooth and looked noticeably shinier. And it gave that healthy reflective finish, like that finish you get coming right out of the salon after a cut, that kind. Though that being said, I do wish it packed a little more hydration. My ends still felt slightly dry after a few uses. And it helped a bit with oil control at the roots but not enough to make a notable difference or add to time between normal washes. It's definitely not a deep-repair mask but more of a lightweight refresher that leaves your hair looking clean, soft, and looking almost salon level polished. Overall, I'd recommend it especially if you're looking a mask that gives instant softness and shine. I also definitely plan to keep using it and will repurchase once I run out.

Very light
*received as a part of an educational promotion. I recently tried the Olaplex Weightless Nourishing Hair Mask for Fine to Medium Hair and I can say I'm impressed.I have curly hair and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I have curly hair so I rely on hair masks and moisturizing products to keep it healthy and I've tried many over the years. This one truly leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft. None of the other masks I've used have made my hair feels silky and smooth. It brings so much life back to my curls without weighing them down. The texture is super lightweight yet very moisturizing, which is rare to find. The only downside for me is the scent. It's a little bit too heavy for me but that's just a personal preference. Overall my hair feels much healthier and shinier. I've also noticed a lot less shedding since using it which was a pleasant surprise. The more I use this mask the shinier and more manageable my hair becomes. My curls look more defined than usual. I'll definitely be recommending this product to my family and friends!

Maybe my hair isn't the right type for the product
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I had really highopes for the Olaplex Weightless Nourishing Hair Mask, but my experiance was defenitely a bit of a mixed bag. I realy wanted to love it, espescially since I've herd so many great thigns about Olaplex products and their tecnology for hair repair. Unfortenately, I ended up just liking it. Let's start with the goode part. This mask is absoluteley fantastic at friz controll. After using it, my hair was noticably less frizzy, looked smootheer, and was way eassier to style, even on humid daes. It definitly delivered on its promiss to tame the wildness, which is why I'd recomend it for anywon fighting the frizz battle. Howevver, the main issue for me was the claim of "weightlessnes." My hair, which is normaly a bit fine, felt quite heavy and even a little greazy afterwards. It was almost like there was a film or a residue left behind. I had to literaly rinse and rinse and rinse. & spent a good five minnutes under the shower head tring to get that slick feeling gone. I felt like I was wasting so much water just becausse of this product. I'm not sure if I used too much, or if it's just not sutable for my particular hair type, but it felt like such a chore to get out. It's a gud mask for frizz, but I wish it was actuelly weightless, cause that heavy feeling is a real bummer. It's good, but not great. I'm still on the look out for a truely weightless hydrashun treatmant. I hope I find a better one soon!
