I enthusiastically agree with what another neurodivergent reviewer said about this mat being super helpful to help regulate the nervous system quickly. These types of stress relieving products are having a real moment and I'm here for it. BONUS: it also helps my partner who has awful sleep issues get back to sleep quickly.

This is a wonderful product! I got it along with the eye mask and I am happy with both items. But this weighted pod for the body is straight bliss!! It's just enough weight to make me feel calm and secure and also relaxed. Watch for a sale or use your saved up reward points if the price is an issue because this item is splurge worthy!
Nodpod body
This is one of my most favorite purchases I've made in a long time. As someone with autism, adhd, and an anxiety disorder, this weighted pod brings me instant relief from stress. Moments after draping this over my chest, my eyelids become heavy from becoming so relaxed that I could fall asleep. I love that it's smaller, because it serves its purpose without making me sweat or feel overwhelmed. I higgly recommend the nodpod body to anyone looking for natural relief and relaxation.
I use it every night
This is pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I use it daily sometimes in the couch to relax, but mostly when I go to sleep. I like to lay on my back and drape it over my torso and hips which feels like a weighted hug. Its so incredibly calming at the end of the day, so much so that I bought a few other colors as well after buying it on here. I cant suggest this thing enough its helped me personally with my sleep as I typically wake up several times a night.
