These strips are great. The secret is to massage the strip with the hair towards the hair growth and then wait a moment before pulling it. You need to have a good technique of pulling it too (i.e. against hair growth, fairly quickly, with the skin held taut) but they work great. Another possible troubleshooting element is: is your skin maybe too oily? If your skin is not clean and dry the strip will not pick up your hair. I also recommend not doing it in a steamy shower as this will not allow the wax to 'set' so it can pull.

This did not work. It didn't remove any of the unwanted hair.
So easy to use!
I like this product and very convenient to use. I had bought a similar product before but the other one I had to rub before using it. With this Billie wax, no issue. I used it for parts of my face. For me, it did not leave my skin irritated. I used a different serum for post wax.

These remove absolutely no hair at all. I am always meticulous in reading and following instructions, and even doing so resulted in absolutely no hair removal. When you pull the atrip iff you can see where the hair WAS on the atrip, but it pulls absolutely nothing. If I could give it 0/10 I would. I should have listenes to the reviews I saw, because these are just useless
