Pulls hair
I used my points to get this and im so disappointed it pulls my hair so badly i thought it was defective reported it they let me exchange it snd i paid the difference and its still pulling i hate everything about it its not like the old chi straightners at all.

Sadly, the reviews are true! Snags hair while straightening. Other than that, it left my hair smooth and sleek but not worth my hair getting caught in the plates! Returned it!
Hazardous
This thing is very dangerous with the curved edge. When you set it down the hot plate touches whatever you put it on. I bought a silicon matt specifically for curling irons and it melted it and turned it colors. It really didn't work well unless it was turned up. I am just glad ulta customer service is great.
Burns
Burned my forehead and my fingers!!! I returned it!!!!
Not like my old Chi
My previous Chi I had for a long time and it worked great. This one, my hair gets stuck between the plate and the molding of the iron at the open end. It doesn't seem to straighten as well either and my hair is naturally mostly straight.
