This is a new unit that replaced my VFit+ that I had for several years. The old one stopped charging. I feel like the new VFit+ is not as effective as my old one. It seems the red light intensity is not the same and it barely warms up to 77-78 degrees. The old one warmed up to much warmer than normal human body temperature. This makes me think mine is either defective or just simply not the same level of light and heat as the old one. I was also very disappointed in the app. It's a total waste of time and not user friendly.
