swimmers listen up!
Im in the pool 5 days a week for about an hour & a half each practice. I have both the ouidad bond builder shampoo & conditioner & its been a godsend. No more dry, brittle, crusty, chlorine hair. I wash & conditioner directly after I get put of the pool and my hair has never been soft & more healthy. I highly recommend this to any swimmer.

Broke my hair
I have curly hair, 2c-3a. My hair loves protein, so I thought this would be great. IT IS THE WORST. My hair felt like straw. I could feel it breaking just trying to add products and style. It didn't recover later. Never using this again.
Love this condish
Curly/ wavy hair 2 B/C, very fine texture, med/high density/ low/med porosity. My hair being fine but higher density makes it VERY tangly. This conditioner is excellent, great slip, no fragrance, easy to finger detangle. 10/10
