The best fragrance-free shampoo I've tried!
I was surprised by some of the reviews that said this was too drying - I don't find it to be drying at all! It's very thick and creamy, I recommend starting with a small amount and working it into a lather with water in your hands - I have a lot of hair and was surprised by how little product I had to use. I will say, I have a water softener - I'm wondering if the reviewers who found it drying have hard water? In any case, I really like this, it's the best fragrance-free shampoo I've tried - the price is unbeatable. And as a bonus, the packaging is cute. :)

y'all… this stuff TRANSFORMED my scalp. after 1 wash my scalp felt so good and my hair was so soft (i also used their moisture mask as conditioner, also yum but might be too dry for some people). after a couple weeks of washing my hair starting getting thicker cuz when your scalp isn't dying from eczema, surprise surprise, you hair can grow normally! thank you so much literally life savers.

I was really excited to try a fragrance-free option from Odele, since I think they make high-quality hair products, and I'm super sensitive to scent. I also have really thick, dry, wavy-curly hair, and I was hoping this shampoo would strike a good balance between my hair looking good and my scalp feeling good. This did not do it for me. My hair was so frizzy, and my scalp got super irritated because the shampoo dried it out so much. I wish Odele offered their other formulas in a fragrance-free option. I'd still recommend this shampoo for someone with an oily scalp, however.
Drying, matted hair
I have fine, wavy hair. This shampoo is very thick- glue-like. I actually thought I made a mistake and purchased the conditioner. This shampoo doesn't spread easily and when I applied it to my scalp it instantly matted my hair. I could not get my fingers through my hair and as I tried to massage it into my scalp, my hair became even more tangled. It was difficult to rinse out and made my hair squeaky clean and very dry. I needed a heavy conditioner just to untangle my hair. I do not recommend this shampoo. One of the worst products I've used.
