I've been using for about 3 weeks. Loved the lavender scent at first but now, it smells rancid—like it's spoiled. Did not have any bad reactions but the smell is disgusting.

This product gave an allergic reaction. Rash on my neck and face for several days. So itchy and painful.

This new formula burned my face

I was using this cream before and was very happy with the result. But after I bought it last time - Feb2025 - it started to burn my face and neck, can not use it anymore unfortunately. I want the old formula back!!!
Terrible
I hate this moisturizer so much- TERRIBLE rash on my neck and the smell is even worse. I hope I can get a refund for this so I can go back to my tried and true Cerave. I wish I'd read the reviews of this product closer before I bought TWO. Ugh.
