The original, cream cleanser and the Ultra Repair Moisturizer saved my face (after years of absolute misery) 15 years ago. I've converted friends and family as well. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My honest review is this is a great cleanser for sensitive skin. I have tried several different new cleansers over the past six months and this is the best one by far. It's gentle but effective and most importantly does not make my skin feel stripped or tight and does not cause any kind of a negative reaction from my reactive/sensitive skin. Love it!

Why would you change the formula for a product that already worked so well? I have been using this cleanser for over 6 years, and will no longer buy it due to the new formula making my skin dry and irritated. Please bring back the old formula.
I like the old tube better
I could not get the pump to work. I have to take top off everytime. The previous tube was much better for me. Even the contents seemed better. Very disappointing. Will be reluckingly changed my fcislsoap because of this.
