Needs better packagaing
This eyeliner is revolutionary to me. As someone with oily skin, hooded eyelids, and a watery eye problem, I have struggled to find a liquid eyeliner that holds up. This eyeliner has become the solution to my problem! I was skeptical at first, but I was desperate. It hasn't let me down! Except with the packaging. I'm not sure if it has a stopper, but if it does have one, it needs a better one. If it doesn't have one, it needs one. There is so much goop that builds up around the rim and on the wand that is made application messy, and it gets all over my eyelashes. Honestly, with how bad it's getting with every use, it can easily be a dealbreaker, and I will sadly go back to not using liquid eyeliner over continuing to struggle with the goop. This eyeliner is too good. Please fix the packaging.

As a former Maybelline Ultra Liner fan. Su@ks that it was discontinued., this is the only eyeliner that has come close, if not, surpassed the quality, precision, and ink (blackest black) Love Love Love this!
