I hoped this conditioner would work, but found it just weighed down my fine, thin hair. This product has too much hydration to work for oily scalp/hair. It is more suited for normal/dry hair. I see why this conditioner is the best seller because for one it smells absolutely amazing completely different from the shampoo. May I mention it is non-cruelty towards animals and the testing which is important. The packaging is beautiful, and the size is great. It makes my hair feel volumized, shiny and thick.
