Massage into wet hair. Rinse. Repeat as needed. Follow with your favorite Paul Mitchell conditioner.

I havd been using Shampoo One for years and love it. I understand the packaging changed but it is not clear if the formula changed, it only states "same great performance". I would suggest Forever Blonde Conditioner or Instant Moisture Conditioner as a rinse out conditioner for dry lightened ends. Formula has changed for the worse. It was such a great product and now it leaves your scalp and hair feeling heavy, gunky and not clean. I loved the old formula for the clean feel! Will be looking for a new shampoo. Please ask for the old product back.

Just when you thought you found the perfect shampoo they went and changed their formula. Now my hair feels dry and waxy. This is terrible. Please bring back the old formula.
