Terrible overpowering smell
The smell is so strong its like you are rubbing straight perfume on your hair and the conditioner smells like nail polish remover. I get an instant head ache everytime I use it. It wouldn't be so bad if the smell was actually good but it's awful. It smells like a rich old lady who uses WAY too much ...

New bottle new formula horrible!
I have been using both Keratin Lustrious Healing Oil Shampoo and Conditoner for many years and recently had to purchase the newly designed bottle( grayish brown in color). The shampoo and conditioner products are definitely not the same and for the worse unfortunately especially the conditoner. It is very runny not thick like it used to be and before I could even rinse out of my hair my hair was rough like straw and even worse when it was rinsed out! This has never been the experience as before it was so smooth and hydrated before. This is so disappointing as I really loved this shampoo and conditioner and upon doing research I noticed others have the same concern that the product has changed and not for the better.
Did they reformulate?
Ive been an avid L'anza user and my husband and I both noticed since they changed their packaging, that the formula feels thin ans not hydrating at all. My hair is so dry after shoering im at a loss for words. Hoping it was a fluke? Maybe a bad batch? Trying once more.
New formula is nothing like the old, its bad
Used to this line was mositurizing and heavy, quenches thirsty hair. Now its below average moisture, very drying, leaves my wavy hair dull and sad. Not soft at all . Not for curly hair or dry hair .
Lanza keratin healing oil conditioner

Drying!
My hair was in better condition before using it! I used both the shampoo and conditioner and within 3 weeks my hair was dry and brittle! This is the first product from this company that i have had an issue with - wish I would have tried it sooner - I would have returned - instead it went in the garbage.
