The best powder
The Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder is a cult favorite among beauty enthusiasts, and for good reason. This setting powder is designed to lock in your makeup for up to 16 hours without adding weight or texture, while also absorbing oil and controlling shine for 24 hours. I love finely-milled formula, which creates a flawless, matte finish with no photo flashback. It's also suitable for all skin types, including oily skin, dry skin, and combination skin, and is non-comedogenic and fragrance-free. It can be a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way, making it a worthwhile investment. I love to use it to set makeup, as well as to smooth out skin texture and reduce the appearance of pores.

Decent powder, but I've tried better
I bought this powder right after I finished a sample of the Hourglass powder, & honestly, I miss the Hourglass. This powder is good, decent, it mattifies, makes my makeup last longer, gives me a nice blur, its not bad. However, it's not the best. I have dry skin, & sensory problems & I feel this powder on my skin. It's not the worst, in fact its a strong contender, but its not as finely milled as I'd like, nor as weightless. It's more mattifying, and I have to use a lighter hand. I can make it work, but I'm going back to the Hourglass powder after I finish this.
not good for fair skin
this powder has the potential to be amazing, but the translucent shade turns me yellow. its not a true translucent! I wear shade 00 in dior foundation for example, and this turned me into a yellowish orange color. very dissapointing and not shade inclusive.
Great Powder
I have oily skin, even at my over 70 age. This powder is powerful and takes less than my other powders. It stays on and sets my makeup, of which i wear a lot. i feel like it does not clump on my aging skin.
