Apply directly to the eye and blend out color with fingertips.
Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify color.
On light to medium skin tones, apply ADULTS ONLY or DON'T TOUCH all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
On medium-deep to deep skin tones, apply OBLIVION all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
For a smoky look, use deep shades to draw along the lashline, and blend out with NARS #25 Smudge Brush (sold separately).

It is so hard to tell the color without seeing it first in person. It is a little darker than I thought which is disappointing. It wasn't easy to blend the color either. I have loved Nars eyeshadow in a compact but you discontinued my color. I thought the stick would be easy but I find it difficult.

This eyeshadow stick is so easy and pretty, it feels like cheating . The shade Ablaze is a gorgeous warm tone that instantly brightens my eyes and works for both everyday and dressed-up looks. It glides on super smoothly, blends effortlessly with just my fingers, and sets nicely without creasing. I love how creamy it feels at first but still lasts really well throughout the day. Honestly nothing could have prepared me for how good this product is!! I have used her in so many ways. My favorite is as a lip liner!!! GAME CHANGER. The obv is the water line. It glides on so nicely and the shade is so pretty!!

This goes on so smooth and blends beautifully. Perfect amount of pigment and doesn't crease or dry skin out. Will be biting more shades.

I bought the eyeshadow stick in Orgasm and it stays on my lid without getting oily. The color payoff could be a little more.
