To release pump, make sure its base is twisted tightly onto the bottle. Twist pump toward 'open' and let it pop up. Use on wet hair and massage gently into a thick lather. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Eva NYC's Tone It Down Blonde Conditioner.

Don't waste your money!
I saw this had great reviews and was looking for a good purple conditioner for my hair - but this was terrible! The design of the bottle is aluminum, and the conditioner is so thick you can barely pump it out. I tried to take the pump out and empty it stratify out the bottle but the design won't let...

Lovely scent
I have naturally gray hair, and I tried this shampoo as an alternative to Olaplex's purple shampoo. It was much nicer on my scalp than Olaplex, and the smell is really lovely: light and spicy, gingery, a bit like Christmas cookies. (I liked this scent much better than their Therapy Session mask, which lingered for days.) Unlike Olaplex, it didn't have a significant impact on my hair color or reduce my frizz, so I don't plan to repurchase it, but it's nice enough to use up the bottle.

Made my hair too soft
I have fine hair and this shampoo is too much it. It made my hair extremely soft, which sounds like a good thing but it made it very hard to work with. Limp, stringy, flat, and curls wouldn't hold for nothing. The toning effect isn't super noticeable and so it just doesn't seem worth it. I won't purchase again.
