Wow the box was huge
I ordered about 17ounces of products 2 bottles and a less than 1 once free gift and they sent it in a 24x13x13 box. For product that would have fit in a 10x4x4 box or smaller lol. All was loose bouncing around in this giant cardboard jungle gym. No bubble wrap no peanuts no crumpled paper I'm surprised the pump didn't snap off from the top of the bottle. And what a waste on your companies shipping costs for a box that was the size of a 25 gal. Storage container. Thats the size of one of those black with yellow lid boxes you probably have in your garage or basement. Lucky nothing was broken. But do better. Now I have a giant box I have to tear up to fit the in my tiny CA recycling can. Yes, I would recommend because prices are good and it is a well known company.

I bought the skin care kit.and I was supposed to get a back to school gift.thats why I got it..they said they didnt have it.even thou they still had the sign up for gift.did offer anything else.thats pretty messed up.
Great product, reduced plastic!
I started with the original full-size bottle with pump but used this refill pouch once the bottle was completely empty; no complaints about the refill design. l have combination skin, and I really like this fragrance-free, clean-rinsing, foaming, and non-drying cleanser. I don't wear foundation, but I do wear sunscreen, loose powder, and tubing mascara. This face wash works well for me if I start with a wet face, lather the product in my hands, and then apply it. My skin is sensitive, so I just use my fingers and to loosen and massage the sunscreen and other products off, with just a bit of attention on the lash line for the mascara. Everything rinses cleanly away, and the product seems less harsh than other foaming cleansers I've tried.

Love this product, definitely a must have for oily sensitive skin
Good Product, Bad Bottle
I have been using this product for years! I double cleanse with it and it takes off my makeup well and doesnt overly strip my face. I also like how I can use this cleanser both in the summer and winter as I can be prone to oily skin in the summer and dry skin in the winter. I also love how one bottle seems to last me a long time! Another pro is that it seems to help with my hormonal acne as well :) A huge con however is that it is true that the spring in the pump does rust. Ive only recently noticed this but it is gross nonetheless. I still love this cleanser I just buy the refils and reuse a different bottle from another cleanser I had.
