I have really dry skin and this cleanser is the only one I've ever used that keeps my skin feeling moisturized while cleansing. Before using this if I would forget to put on moisturizer after washing my face it would feel SO dry and painful. I've forgotten a few times after using this cleanser because it's so soft. I bought it while I was having a massive breakout and didn't know what to do, and ever since using it my skin has been more clear than ever. I would give it 5 stars but the only downside is I've found it doesn't take off my mascara. It just smudges it all around my eyes lol. Maybe it's just my specific mascara but I've had to use a different makeup removing cream before using the cleanser to get it all off.

I use this cream cleanser in the morning to wake up my skin, so I can't comment on how well it removes waterproof makeup. I love my morning ritual of massaging it into my skin and, while the skin is still slick, using a gua sha stone for improved circulation and lymphatic drainage. Then I rinse away the cleanser in tepid water and blot dry. I follow up with Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer, and my skin feels and looks amazing.

I usually use La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser, but thought I'd try this. It has fewer ounces and is about $9 more. I've tried it for 3 weeks no. No better than the less expensive version.

I have been using this uniquely gentle and non-drying cleanser for about 3 years and it has become a critical part of taking care of my face. I am 56, of Asian descent, have had eczema on my body since adolescence (largely controlled by only bathing with unscented Dove cleansing bars, and religiously applying fragrance free moisturizer after bathing). Since perimenopause I have had rosacea (controlled by completely changing my skincare regimen and keeping my face from getting too hot). At night I apply Dermo Milky Cleanser with my fingers to remove sunscreen and _gently_ clean my face and front of my neck. Then I wipe everything off with a wet washcloth before rinsing my face and neck with warm water. It is only 1 of 2 cleansers I have tried that thoroughly cleans everything off my face without stripping it. My face actually feels _good_ after I use this!!!!
