Shake well. Hold can 8-10'' away from the head. Spray on clean, damp hair in sections, focusing on the areas with the most damage. Comb through. When hair is almost dry, style with your favorite IGK styler. You can air dry or blow dry your style. Tip: Apply to ends for extra hydratiion.

As others have stated, the spray nozzle used on this canister is ridiculous and is really unfortunate given the price point. It's leaky and faulty.
