Apply a small amount to clean damp hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends. Use as a primer to detangle and hydrate. Spray and let air-dry or use when blow-drying. Tips: • Fine or Healthy Hair: Spray sparingly onto hands and apply from mid-lengths to ends. • Medium to Coarse Hair: Spray directly to hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends or where hair needs more nourishment. For extra shine and manageability, apply one pump of Hemp Replenishing Hair & Body Oil to damp ends. • Dry or Damaged Hair: Focus spray on damaged areas and apply before using styler products. A little goes a long way, so mist lightly where needed. • For Curly or Diffused Looks: Apply the appropriate amount of spray to the hair and allow to air-dry or diffuse for the desired end look. For added hydration and definition, apply one pump of Hemp Replenishing Hair & Body Oil to dry hair.

I really like this spray. It has a really nice scent and I really like the way it leaves my hair not only smelling but feeling and looking. It feels so soft and clean and fresh and looks shiny and just so much healthier.

This multitasking spray claims to hydrate, detangle, manage frizz, and add shine. It also contains hemp seed oil. I am not a fan of the scent. I also don't think that it helped to hydrate or manage my frizzy hair.

I will start by saying I'm not crazy about the hemp scent but I love this spray. I use it every day, I have used it on wet and dry hair, I sometimes touch up my curls with a couple spritz. My hair is more combable, softer and less frizzy.

I used this on my beard. The smell alone detours me from ever wanting to use it again. It was very heavy and gunky feeling. My wife used this in her damaged hair from bleaching. She didn't like the smell of it at all. It also made her hair feel like oily. This is not for our family at all.

I normally don't use many hair products other than shampoo and conditioner. I have long hair and usually wear it in braids, and using product makes my braids look so much cleaner/smoother without the frizziness. I really like it and it smells so good! I've even used it on my daughter's very fine hair a couple times and it helped keep her hair in place. Lovely product, definitely recommend!
