My husband got this sold to him at the hairdresser. It is definitely not firm hold. To be firm hold you would need to put a whole bunch and have wet looking hair. He has super curly hair. The scent is nice and it does sculpt his hair but is a little disappointing.

I bought this gel because I have short straight hair and my hairdo calls for the hair to be upturned in the back and the sides and this gel is not firm hold at all. It causes the hair to be way too soft and there is no hold at all. Very disappointed with it.It has a nice smell but not what I expected, and I will not buy it again.
