Step 1: Apply liquid lip color to clean, bare lips.
Step 2: Allow two minutes to dry, then apply the ultra-conditioning balm to seal in moisture.
Step 3: Reapply balm as needed.
Step 4: Remove with an oil-based makeup remover.
Flammable until dry. Do not use near fire, flame, or heat.

But this every time
Literally the only lipstick that lasts all day! I pick one up nearly every time I am in store I just wish they stayed stocked more often feel like I can never get the same color twice though.
Do NOT buy this
Do not buy this. Lipgloss for children lasts longer and looks/feels way better than this lipstick. It literally falls off in chunks and is super drying. The pigment settles into cracks and lines and just looks bad.

This lipstick is a great color and long lasting application.
It really stays
This lipstick stays on a long time with or with gloss. I went from brunch to late night and it was still there: drinks, coffee, eating. Definitely would keep this in my mix. This is Not a stain but great staying power lipstick.
This is the only lip color I wear.
I have tried so many lip colors and this is the only one that truly stays on. I don't like Matte lips on myself. The two step lipsticks are the only ones that truly stay and this one is the best of them. I wish it was offered is more colors. I have tried other two steps and none ever compare. Won't be changing anytime soon.
