So....seriously...is this silicone or water based????Cause you answered 5 months ago, saying water....and most recently silicone I've purchased twice now and honestly 1 color worked great with water primer and the newest one, different color only works with silicone primer....so now I'm frustrated. Please, what's the CORRECT answer.

Beautiful finish and long wear but there's no way the tiny quantities of vitamin C and E (listed nearly last on the ingredient list) make up for the quantity of denatured alcohol (#4 on the list) in this formula. Not for neutral undertones :(. Need more shade options!
I'm so sad. I tried this for the first time today and everything is great…except the shade. For reference: my skintone is neutral-warm / light-medium neutral (pull neutral beige/slightly warm/not olive/not golden). My perfect match is N2 in True Match. I have rosecea and acne scarring to cover. I tried shade 120 and it looks like I have a yellow halo on. I could use a color corrector to adjust the skin tint undertone to match me but ugh. Is it really worth it? Maybelline please come out with more shades!!!
Holy grail foundation!!!!
This is my absolute favorite foundation for everyday/ special occasions, every season, every skin type, this is THE best formula I've worked with especially at this price point. It's pretty medium coverage, but the formula is so easy to work with you can easily sheer it out with a brush or build it up with a couple layers. Looks beautiful on the skin, has enough luminousity that it looks natural but not so much that it looks overly dewy or glittery. Photographs beautifully on my brides!!!
My Go-To Holy Grail
I love this product and use it as my foundation. I full control over the level of coverage that I want. For everyday use, I actually blend onto my face with my fingers. For more full coverage of my cheeks because they stay red, I use a foundation brush. I want everyone to know that if your skin is peeling or dry, this foundation may not be for you. It dries and then it is locked in place. There is no additional blending after it has set. I never have to use powder and my face never feels sticky or tacky. Plus, it has this luminous pigment in it that makes my skin look like its glowing. Ive gotten many compliments and people asking what I use. Before using this product, I was constantly having to check my under eye creasing and if it has come off my nose. None of that happens anymore. I would recommend EVERYONE TRY IT ATLEAST ONCE.

Great for mature skin and perfect color match
I purchased this product based off a recommendation and I am very happy with it. Price is so much less than higher end brands. It has good coverage. I always have a hard time with color match, but this is perfect.
