I have thick fluffy hair and I have to use mousse or straighten it to keep it manageable but after using this shampoo and other Paul Mitchell smoothening products my hair is shiny and soft and super manageable!

I thought I was using too much of the serum or not rinsing my hair enough, but just one day using a shampoo other than this one put my hair back to normal. I LOVE how clean this gets my hair, smell is great and last for days. But my hair starting falling out really bad. I have a very good diet and take vitamins/supplements so the only thing I can think of is this shampoo. Really sad to not use this anymore:(

I bought this shampoo because it said good for frizzy hair. I have very thick, curly hair. I used this shampoo for about 2-3 months. The shampoo caused my hair to fallout in clumps and thin. One time I was at a hotel and washed my hair. My hair fell out so much, I clogged the tub drain. I did go to the doctor because I thought it was menopause. They told me it could be my shampoo. After I quit using it, I did not have any problems with hair loss. This is the first time I ever experienced such a thing.

It's amazing!! I have so much trouble with other brands of hair products. My hare will be okay for a week or two with other products, but then my hair feels dry and frizzy. I've been using this product for over 10 years and don't plan to ever change. Please don't ever stop making the Super Skinny, or I'll have to shave my head. Lol
