NOT CRUELTY FREE OR VEGAN
I was so excited to buy this and even more excited that it came in metal packaging. However, the next day I learned fresh isn't cruelty free or vegan! I used to shop in the store. It was lovely. Then my local store closed, so I called a store far away for purchases. Also lovely. Things came in the mail, in a beautiful box with ribbon and several samples. Things have changed. There are no stores. None. Zero. One must call customer service to make an order. I spoke with Liz, who was very kind and helpful. But: my products came in a brown shipping box, just strewn in there. No beautiful blue "Fresh" box inside, no ribbon, and two very tiny, perhaps 1/4 teaspoon-sized, packet of a sample. Sigh. One does miss the old days. However, the products I purchased are still excellent, so I'll be back.

I had gotten this as a sample and was really happy about it! Ameditally I had noticed my lips mosre hydrated and nourished. And it didnt smell like chemicals like some other products!!!
