- Q
Does this contain Parabens? This wasnt answered in the previous queations.
- Asked by Lynn
- Official Answer By L'Oréal - Brand EngageParabens are a group of commonly used ingredients that act as a preservative in cosmetics and personal care products. They are highly effective in preventing the growth of fungi, bacteria, and yeast that could contaminate and degrade products. As part of our commitment to deliver high-quality, effective products, certain parabens are used in some of our formulations to ensure the safety of our consumers. Extensive research spanning decades has confirmed the parabens in our portfolio are safe at the concentrations we use. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), which regulates the personal care industry, upholds these findings. While we take great care in evaluating each ingredient we use and are confident in our products’ safety, we know there is public conversation encouraging consumers to avoid certain ingredients, as is the case with some parabens. Based on growing demand for products that do not include parabens, we substituted them for other preservatives in some of our products. Consumers can look on our products’ labels to see what ingredients are included. Additionally, as part of our innovation strategy we are developing packaging systems and new product formulations that are less vulnerable to microbiological contamination, which will limit the use of preservatives in general. As we have for over the past 100 years, we will continue to take a rigorous approach to product quality and safety, while monitoring consumer insights and preferences. If you would like to learn more about parabens and how they protect your safety, we encourage you to visit: https://inside-our-products.loreal.com/ingredients/parabens.Was this answer helpful to you

What is the difference in CC cream makeup and BB makeup .
- Asked by Red
- Official Answer By L'Oréal - Brand EngageHi there! Thank you for your interest in our Studio Secrets Magic Skin Beautifier B.B. Cream. BB is usually has properties of a tinted moisturizer, but with added skin care properties like brighteners and mineral SPF. Meanwhile, CC cream has more coverage than BB cream. We hope this helps! - Q
Does this product have Parabens or silicones in it?
- Asked by Kay
- Official Answer By L'Oréal - Brand EngageHi there! We appreciate your interest in our Studio Secrets Magic Skin Beautifier B.B. Cream. Silicones are used in some cosmetic products due to their unique sensory benefits and properties, as long-lasting effect in lipstick. They also provide shine and softness in shampoo and other hair care products. The silicones we use allow us to achieve a wide range of textures and a high level of product performance, especially in terms of shine and lightness. Scientific evidence does not suggest that hair products containing silicones have a negative impact on scalp health (greasing or other undesirable effect), nor are they are comedogenic. As with every fatty acid from mineral or from natural origin, the silicones are non-comedogenic when they are used in an appropriate dose in cosmetic products. To identify them in our products, look at the ingredients list on packaging. They can be found under names such as DIMETHICONE, CYCLOPENTASILOXANE, DIMETHICONOL, PHENYL TRIMETHICONE, AMODIMETHICONE, CYCLOMETHICONE. For more information, please visit the L'Oreal Paris website. Excellent All-In-One
Skin Color: Fair with slight pink undertones. Skin Type: Fall/Winter: Normal to Dry Spring/Summer: Normal to Combo Skin Problems: Slight discoloration, redness, dark circles. I picked this up because I was tired of trying to find the "perfect foundation" to make my skin flawless when flawless is no...

What has happened to this product? I've used this BB cream for the last three or four years - always in the "Fair" shade. My last two purchases were labeled "Fair" with the French word beside it with a slightly different look to the tube. The product was quite runny out of the tube. When I appli...

Holy Grail Product
Ive been using and repurchasing this product for 5+ years. Ive tried other products similar to this one and keep coming back to it. It wears thin on the face, so it doesnt feel like im wearing anything. It blurs just the right amount while still looking like real skin. And blush/contour blends well with it. This product is not for everyone however. It can produce an orange looking tint on some people.
On Empty and Repurchasing
Jumped on to repurchase this. I so rarely hit pan on products. Stacked up against quite a few other BB creams in my collection, this one gets used the most. The only product that beats this for me is Typology, but I need a travel friendly tube for vacation. Can't beat the price.
Replaced my foundation.
I hope and pray they never discontinue this product. I call it my face spackle. It blurs fine lines, covers, moisturizes and has totally replaced my foundation. It's all I need
So happy, finally a tinted moisturizer that looks natural
This melts into my skin and makes my face look and feel so much better. Perfect for the gym when I want to conceal my uneven skin tone without it being obvious I'm wearing makeup. I read a lot of reviews before buying it saying it's too orange but I have fair skin and the "fair" shade does not seem orangey at all. I also don't notice any smell. I think this has a more natural look and feel than most of the more expensive tinted moisturizers I've tried, like Clinique and Laura Mercier. I'm really excited I found this product.
Irreplaceable
Used Med for years. I use all high end skincare snd makeup products. This is the only thing i go back to always. Very light oerfect for under foundation or alone for natural/no makeup look.
