As I saw in a Rizos video, this oil is thicker than any other hair oil I've used. Since I use my hair oils with the scalp massager before showering (breakdown buildup, moisturize scalp), I am realizing it would be better to keep with thinner oils. I'm looking forward to trying out the nourish oil instead. I did put this strengthening oil on my hair post-shower to see if that works better, which is what people tend to do with this one, I think, and it worked well. I applied it to a clean scalp while my hair was wet to my problem areas and it absorbed quickly and did not at all make my (admittedly dry) hair look oily or dirty at all. My hair is softer & has more strength imo, after just a couple uses. The smell of it is also good: a spa, essential-oil sort of lavender

i'm just starting out with my curly journey and trying to let my hair grow back out. this oil is 🔥 seriously! it leaves my hair so soft and shiny. not to mention it makes my hair feel thicker if that makes sense. my hair is damaged currently and i have naturally coarse, thick hair. this stuff does wonders.
