How to use:
Ensure your skin is clean and free of lotions or oils, as this can interfere with the nipple cover's adhesion.
Lean forward so your breast falls naturally into the shape.
Turn the cover inside out and align the nip nook with your nipple.
Gently press the nip nook over your nipple, then smooth the rest of the cover outward from the middle to the infinity edge to avoid wrinkles or air bubbles.
Finding your Size:
OG is 3x4 inches, recommended for A-DD cups.
Plus is 4x5 inches. Recommended for DDD+ who prefer more coverage.

I am surprised there are not other complaints such as mine. I have a small chest, B cup, and have breastfeed two children. My chest has loose skin and some slight sagging from this. When applying the product it sticks well but the regular size cuts into the sides of my breasts and makes them look wide at the base instead of rounded as the skin tissue seemed to flood around the side of the cake. It causes the material on the cake to wrinkle. I could still see the shape of my nipple on one side too. I would say they work good for anyone with great shaped breasts but if you have any loose skin or sagging they just look strange under once applied. Wish Ulta had the new lifting bra by Cakes available on their website
great stick, bad sizing
I got the DDD+ sized ones and they... were not. Basically just nipple covers, definitely not big enough to do anything else. I'm a 40H, but I have a feeling even for a 38DDD they wouldnt be big enough.

On June 30th, 2025 I order the sticky cakes, and OOOOO MYYYYY, to my surprise it truly sticks!!! Finally CAKES got it right. Last year I purchased the original cakes and they were falling off...I did contact customer service and they told me it sticks with a tight tee shirt and your body heat. It did not work and they were constantly on the floor! And if they weren't on the floor it was somewhere lost in my tee shirt. I was very impressed with the latest version. MARIAE
