Shake before use. Hold the bottle a few inches from your face (go section by section, forehead, right side of face, left side of face), then your neck, décolleté.
Spray each section, allow the product to absorb for a few seconds, and then, using your fingertips, massage in a circular motion and watch old skin cells falling off.
Rinse off with water or use a damp washcloth.

I've used this twice and in the third time I couldn't get it to spray out. The pump wouldn't push down. I assumed it was clogged, so I opened it up and the coil inside the pump tube was coated and clogged with a very thick and sticky substance. It looked like dried glue. Is this normal? Needless to say, the bottle no longer pumps.

I have had this product for a little over a week, and really liked it from day one. Twice now though the sprayer has stopped working and feel like it get stuck. It seems clogged?? How do I resolve this issue?

The stream coming out is a bit aggressive. I envisioned more of a mist but it's quite hard and in order to cover my face a have to use my fingers to rub it all over. Is this normal?

Then after applying the the face and neck you do need to use your hands to gently rub in a circular motion and manually exfoliate. Bad smell
Only giving this a 3 star review other wise I'd give 5 because It smells like pee. That lingers for hours even if I wash my face right after. I have contact dermititis and 43 year old skin and I use tretinoun 7 days a week and there hasn't been any issues with my sensitive skin using this once a week. Except for the smell.
The best "high end" exfoliating face product
I got this product as a sample and loved it so much that i just had to get a full-size. Its so satisfying how it exfoliates your skin but doesn't feel like it's exfoliating your skin with a rough substance. Ive only been using it for about a week so i cant vouch for any of the other benefits of this product yet but so far im loving the heck out of it. Im a gym rat so it feels amazing to wash my face with this after getting all sweaty and what not. It leaves my skin so soft and hydrated. I noticed some people saying the smell is bad, id say it's similar to citronella/ a lemony smell. It's definitely not terrible. Also, the og price is a bit steep but i feel you use such a small amount that it should last a while.
Have used this for years
I have used this for years and I still love it. I use other acids and retinol in my daily routine. I find that I still need this exfoliating spray to remove the dead top layer. I like that it is not another AHA because I have my routine set with acids. Your makeup will go on smoother, and it just feels good to get any surface dead stuff off so it doesn't clog pores. The only thing that I do not like about this product is that the spray shoots out more in a stream and too forcefully. I wish they would change it so it sprays better. When I used it, not all of the dry skin that sloughs up detaches. This only happens on my cheeks. Meaning, it is still attached a little bit. So I then use a gentle rice cleanser from another brand to remove it. A second application on the cheeks of Juice Stem Cellular does not usually remove the pieces that don't fully slough off.

this is the easiest exfoliating product. simply spray and rub or don't rub. then rinse off. no waiting 10 mins. quick easy and works so great
