Shake before use. Hold the bottle a few inches from your face (go section by section, forehead, right side of face, left side of face), then your neck, décolleté.
Spray each section, allow the product to absorb for a few seconds, and then, using your fingertips, massage in a circular motion and watch old skin cells falling off.
Rinse off with water or use a damp washcloth.
Avoid contact with eye area.

I've used this twice and in the third time I couldn't get it to spray out. The pump wouldn't push down. I assumed it was clogged, so I opened it up and the coil inside the pump tube was coated and clogged with a very thick and sticky substance. It looked like dried glue. Is this normal? Needless to say, the bottle no longer pumps.

I have had this product for a little over a week, and really liked it from day one. Twice now though the sprayer has stopped working and feel like it get stuck. It seems clogged?? How do I resolve this issue?

I had a brand rep in store helping me find my shade of makeup. I also have had crazy acne since December 2020. She suggested this scrub and OH MY GOD. It has changed my life. Ive been using normal gritty scrubs and just making ebedyhting worse but this is perfect. You definitely have to let it sit for a few seconds to let it set in and THEN start circular motions. Thats how I've gotten the best results
Not sure if it's a gimmick
There Is no way the same product used in store on me is the same product I took home. The smell of this product is like warm pee. So incredibly gross. There's absolutely no way I can get past it.
Toilet in a bottle
I was so concerned someone maybe urinated in the bottle and return it to Ulta. It wasn't fully sealed . Not sure if it comes that way or not. The top was seal but not the bottom of the packaging was not. It smelled like STRAIGHT STRONG pee. I had to wash it off quickly because it's a possibility it could've been. I opened the bottle and poured a bit of it out and it was yellow. GROSS.
A staple in my skincare routine
This is my first step after I have removed my makeup everyday. It is so satisfying to see the dead skin come away within seconds. I have not had any issues with sensitivity using it daily. I have recommended it to several friends and am on my second bottle. One bottle will last you several months.

The mist is very refreshing although a little tingling when applying on the face. I guess its the sensory cue of exfoliating. Very unique product experience and happy i tried it.
