Apply to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow. For best use, remove the cap, twist counterclockwise multiple times (it may take several twists), and apply. Note: the propel pencil does not retract. No sharpener necessary.

go-to for a night or smokey eye look but does transfer
i love stila eyeliners, but prefer the liquid eyeliner just a little more for lasting wear especially if I'm gonna be sweaty or in humidity at all. dgmw, the stick/crayon is great for smudging and creates a really nice smokey eye effect, but i found that even with a setting spray, after 4-6 hours at work i would get smudges just below my bottom eyelid from my top lid's eyeliner from this even during winter time indoors and i live in a dry state (i also use a lot of moisturizers so that could have contributed). never had any type of issue with it otherwise and lasts me several months with almost daily use (i have sensitive combination skin, with occasional eczema if that helps)

Product glides on smooth, but doesn't last all day, not even 1 hour, it smears right away. Not at all worth the price.

it's beautiful I got espresso but the wand broke when i twisted it . I feel some commenters just left it at that but I took it apart and there was way more liner in it but it's broken so its not worth the hassle especially if so many others are having that problem.
