Use a body oil or serum that provides a lot of slip, like Sacheu's Slick Skin Gua Sha Serum! For lymphatic drainage, start from the center of the chest and move the gua sha towards the heart. For the back and larger areas, start from the bottom and move in an upwards direction. For extra pressure, use the smaller ridges and divots on acupressure points. Use 2-3x a week.

This is very large so it's perfectly for the body and is stainless steel. I've had so many Gua shas break before which is why I switched to the stainless steel. It will last a life time.
Its wonderful
I have both of hers the one for the face and this one for the body. Im trying to take more time for self care. I love that there steel clean up very easy, and won't break. They fell very rich and luxurious in the hand. i even treat my husbands back after a long day of work. He said "its mine now u have the little one" lol.
