I've been a loyal Laura Mercier fan for years and I just can't understand who's bright idea it was to change the beautiful smell and packaging on your lovely cream 🥰packaging is cheap and nasty looking and the smell is gone in seconds😢 please please sack the donkey that authorised this thank god I've managed to order 11 of the original that should last me until ye change it back .. yours hopefully Irene Irvine ðŸ™ðŸ™

This so said. I have so many friends who were devoted to this cream that we used for hands, feet, legs, etc., You not only changed the packaging which is cheap but you changed the formula which is awful. So sorry Laura Mercier is reducing the quality.
