I don't care for the fragrance.
This is the first time I have tried this (I should have opted for a sample in a prior order to try it first). The texture is lovely, I don't like the fragrance at all. It reminds me of the liquid soap supplied at rest stops, not unpleasant but somewhat industrial.

My favorite cleanser! While I was initially unhappy that Clarins got rid of the previous gentle foaming cleanser with shea butter (in the yellow), this is a wonderful replacement that cleanses, softens, and nourishes without stripping skin. The scent is light and beautiful, and it creates a creamy mouse foam when you add water. All the negative reviews are from a previous version that has since been replaced with this creamy version.

I absolutely love this cleanser. I have dry skin and it makes my face feel soft, smooth and moisturized. It also smells great! Highly recommend!!!

I've used Clarins for 30 years and sadly have had to find a replacement product. Why change a formula when it was amazing. You've kept my skin looking 10-15 years younger than my actual age for decades, and now we need to divorce.
