great... if applicator didn't get stuck
I was so excited for the It's a Date lip oil. Beautiful color and I love Colourpop. However I tried to take the applicator out to apply and it was stuck and took effort to come out. I tried 2 more times and both times lip oil came flying into my sink. I would have loved it otherwise.
Sticky, Leaky Mess
I like the color, the feel, and the hydration of this lip oil, but the bottle leaks all the time. At first I thought I just needed to clean the cap or something, but it still leaked. Then I thought if I just didn't do anything to disturb the oil like putting it in my purse or pocket where it could get jostled to it's side that it wouldn't leak, but nope still experienced significant leakage. I figured as I used the product and got it to be about halfway that, that might solve the problem, but again - nope. Still seeps product. I think I've lost more of the oil through leaking than I have actually using it. I've reached out to ColourPop and they told me to take it up with Ulta, but if the product itself is leaking shouldn't ColourPop at least be a little concerned? I've only seen one other review talking about the leakage, so I thought I would toss my experience in as well so that buyers can beware: This lip oil is a leaky, sticky mess

I love ColourPop but this product did not deliver. The color is pretty and it does give shine but it does NOT give plumping.

The formula of the gloss is nice, however it is literally a fight to get the applicator out of the container. It is too wide snd when you do finally get it out, product come flying out, wasting it. Returned due to this.
BEVERLY DRIVE
Beverly Drive is the perfect shade that gives off "just got a syringe" for those with medium skin tones. Other colors end up being too pink/red. This is brownish redish cherry color. Its similar to ELF's Jam Session but it leans more red than dark. I find it difficult to find colors like this, its perfect. Sometimes its too pigmented, I'll only do a thin layer and add clear gloss.
