I was waiting to try this new concept. However,I found the color not as dark as I had wished. The brighter color did look good in the color of my eye. I agree that the pencil does not sharpen correctly. I have the same difficulty sharpening your new lip stick pencils.

While the color of this kajal pencil is better, that's about where it ends. The sharpening is an issue (and I always use an EL sharpener, btw) and the pencil is too thick for a liner. I really just want to know with all the negative reviews of the gel pencil is EL considering bringing back the previous double wear pencil? Until then, I'm off to try Lancôme and Tarte and see if their pencils work better,

Waited 5 weeks for this, used in for two weeks, tried to sharpen it and it just came apart, the "wood" of the pencil came off in chunks, breaking the color inside and rendering it unuseable

I ordered this and the second time I used it the pencil lead snapped off. I tried using my EL sharpener but to no avail. No I would not order this again. I wish EL would bring back the double wear eye pencil that is NOT a gel I am very disappointed in this pencil and I would not order again
