The description says that itÔøΩs a pencil that you can draw a line around your lips but itÔøΩs not a pencil. The applicator is a sponge tip and itÔøΩs almost impossible to make a nice straight line with a sponge tip. I will say I did love the color.

NEW CHEAP PACKAGING!
I've repurchased this item multiple times and it never fails. However, when I reordered this time, the packaging was entirely changed and a once glass dropper became a cheap plastic dispenser, which doesn't let you get excess product when the product is close to being empty. Not only is it a cheap business tactic, but the plastic on the top of my bottle broke making it almost impossible to use. If I hadn't had an old bottle with the old packaging lying around, I would've had to waste all my product. Please consider changing the packaging back to the old style because this is kind of ridiculous and not functional at all.
