- Official Answer By BiosilkWe recommend using the BIOSILK Silk Therapy first, while the hair is still damp; and then after the hair is dry,Silk Therapy Thermal Shield use before styling. The side of the bottle says to use this on dry hair, which I have tried, and I have also tried it on wet hair. It goes on with the same consistency as super strong hold hairspray--It's EXTREMELY sticky. I have very fine thin hair, but I have a lot of hair. I still do not like how much I have to comb...

I saw this on sale and I've been needing a heat protectant spray for a while so I decided to try it out. I'm so glad I did!! I have naturally wavy, dry and coarse hair. When I spray this on my hair and straighten my hair with an iron my hair looks so shiny and I can do that "run your fingers through your hair" look where the hair just naturally falls in place. My friends noticed too. So recommend this spray!! And it smells lovely.
