Should have returned it
This is just an overall bad product to me. The texture of the shampoo seems normal until I try to lather it, and then it goes through a gooey stage before the lather starts. It helps if I build a lather in my hands before applying it to my hair, otherwise it's hard to work around my whole head. I...

So much hair loss!
I have fine, soft asian hair. I never color or do anything with my hair, so I would say my hair is pretty healthy. However this product caused my hair to fall out nonstop. My bf was surprised to see how much hair loss there was! I literally thought I was getting sick! The rest of my hair was very dry. After I finished about half of a bottle I switched back to the old shampoo my hair immediately got better. No more crazy hair loss. Maybe it works for some people, but this was definitely the WORST shampoo I have ever used.

I wanted to love this because it smells really good in the bottle. I used in for the first time and when my hair air dried (I rarely blow dry anymore) it felt heavy, brittle and dry, but my roots were greasy, and my scalp started itching. I thought maybe it was a fluke and I was in a hurry and maybe didn't wash it out well. I used it a second time and really made sure to shampoo everything and rinse well. Same thing. I'm glad I can still return it.

I have curly dryish hair. It's the best! Anyone who has tried it (my family members and guests) have commented and switched to Mom's shampoo. Expensive, yes, but very concentrated so you don't need much.
