I wanted a powder to do a light cover over my liquid foundation to set it and make it matte and also for touch ups throughout the day. I love this powder, it isn't too heavy, it is probably medium coverage and I apply a light coat with a brush in the morning over my liquid foundation. I will say I do not like the puff that comes with it, I threw that away and use a round makeup sponge instead for touch ups.

The reformulation of this powder has made it totally unusable. It isn't buildable at all, if you try to build coverage it takes off the powder underneath, unlike the previous version. It is a very heavy texture, feeling thick and almost wet (yet with no coverage). Also, the color of the Pale Yellow shade has changed to a darker and warmer yellow, and isn't brightening anymore, which isn't useable for my fair olive skin tone. The previous pale yellow shade was my holy grail, repurchased for 8+ years. Please bring back the old formula Bobbi Brown!

i have been using this powder for years and i ran out so i bought a new one and the formula is completely changed. heavy, light, and not sheer at all anymore. please bring back the old powder.
