I love this product. I put it on every night before I go to bed and it goes on very soft and moist. When I wake up in the morning, my lips feel replenished and not at all cracked and dry. I will continue to buy this product when I run out.

Irritated my lips

As much as I love all other l'occitane products their lip balm continued giving me chapped and irritated lips. I'm surprised but it definitely has something in it that doesn't work well with my body.

I love this chapstick, I got the hibiscus one and I enjoy it, good work but I hate the aromatic substance that fills my mouth when I separate my lips a little and breathe in. THIS HOWEVER, does not do that, I mainly reach for it about every other day for moisturizing. I'm a southerner Texan up in PA where it is dry And cold comparatively and this Has been a great find. My only sadness about this is that there is like 1/2 inch worth of product Max in the tube. I'm hoping it was just because I got it in a sample bad and am buying to find out. Tbh it lasts so I'm not tooo let down but man it would be nice to get a little surprise bang for my buck with buying rather than getting it in a sample bag.

L'Occitane's Shea Butter Lip Balm Stick is the only chapstick that got rid of the rough feel to my lips. It's also the perfect size for pockets or pocketbooks.

This is the best lip balm I have ever used. It keeps your lips so soft and it has a nice very light scent. I buy this by the two's. I have introduced this to family, friends, and colleagues and everyone falls in love with it. Great product. Please please don't get rid of this one. It's a keeper.
Caused more problems

I seem to be an outlier here but I used this product for a week and within a few days, my lips started to chap and peel and ultimately, they started to burn, so I stopped use. It smells great and feels great going on, but the aftermath of application was not for me :)
