I just received this in my online order and it has a strong rancid smell; I am surmising it is old stock. I have used Murad products in the past without this issue, though this is the first time I have tried this product

The most gentle yet effective serum!! Gentle enough to be able to use every day, i use it at night and in about two weeks my skin feels like its been reborn! My skin always feels so soft and calm after use and this had become my go to serum at morning and at night! I also love how rejuvenated my skin looks after use as well! I have combination to dry skin. I really like that this serum is gentle. It did not irritate my skin. My skin looks brighter after using this serum twice a day. I also like that it soothes and calms my skin. This product was complimentary from Murad.
