I used the shampoo once a week. I loved that it has the salt that helps scrub your scalp but it's not to harsh where it hurts your scalp. Your scalp feels so fresh like the salts really take out all the dirt and oil from my dirty hair. Definitely recommend it.

I love the shampoo and the scalp sealer. The product got both my hair and scalp clean, and I mean really clean. Normally, I would scratch my head due to residue from the hair products I use, but the scalp sealer and shampoo work really well, and my scalp is not itching like normal, and my hair feels soft.

I really like the texture and the smell of this but it made my hair dry. I tend to have an oily scalp but this didn't really work for me unfortunately. I'd recommend it if you have oily hair throughout tho.
