Maybe a different formula?
I used this a few years ago and it worked well. I came back to it when it went on sale and winter weather was drying my hair out again. I got out of the shower (after washing twice & rinsing really well) to a head full of dandruff. I've never had it this bad before. My daughter uses the same shampoo and this was her hair after washing....so no, it's not working for us.
