Chi loses 2 stars because of poor design which makes using this otherwise really nice tool a hassle. This tool works really well. Dries my hair super fast and leaves it bouncy and shiny. Love it
I don't understand the negative reviews on this dryer. The handle seems normal sized to me and I like all 3 attachments. I especially like the small round brush because I can get my roots dry with that better than the large attachment.
Brushes don't stay locked in
I have used for a year & now my brushes wont lock in. I have had blow dryers cost 1/4 of the price that lasted 10+ years & now I have to buy new blow dryer. Going to reach out to ulta /chi first see if they will do anythimg about to replace.

Waste of money. Every time I use it, the brush pops off of the handle. So frustrating. I would have expected more for the price, and CHI.
Love this!
I bought this last year. The other stylers like this are ibling shaped and my hair is shoulder length with layers and the other styler wouldn't work. I found this ine and absolutely live it!!!!
Works Great
Very convenient with different attachments or even without. I am very happy with it. I read that attachments fell but this is not so. You have to align the arrow on attachment with arrow on dryer and it works perfectly.
