Oily not conditioning...
Shampoo seems to have worked great as we have avoided lice, etc. However, the spray is scented heavily, and hair seems to need rewash after applying "conditioning spray." This seems true of all hair types in our house.

I feel so much more confident putting this on my child before she goes to school. She had a friend last year that got lice. Even after riding the same bus, in the same class, and playing, she did not catch the lice. Found out later, when the child did not go to the bus stop the next day. She and I even like the smell.

My 11 year old daughter has been using Fairy Tales products for years. They do seem to work very well. Last year the majority of kids in her class, including the 4 other little girls whose desks surrounded hers all got head lice. She's the only one who didn't.
