There's no phenoxyethanol in this product but even if there was, there's nothing wrong with it. It's a preservative so your product doesn't grow bacteria. I surprisingly love this product. The smell is a floral cinnamon almost and it feels so nice when you're cleansing your face. It really did feel "revitalizing". Im so happy Ulta is carrying more clean & ayurvedic products!! The price point for this line is amazing and very impressed with everything I've purchased from Urban Veda so far!

I have combination/dry and this prodcut just made my skin drier. Personally, not fond of the smell either. Used because I had too - since I bought it. Wouldn't buy this again.

This face wash is lovely and gently cleanses the skin. I would strongly recommend it if you like the smell of roses. I wanted something different and tried another face wash from the same brand.
