Defective product. I received the product today and discovered that it was only half filled. I see in the comment section that this is quite a common defect. This is extremely dishonest of Fresh to do something like this to the customers. I would like a full refund or at least send me a jar that is fully filled with the product. We paid for a full jar of products, not just half a jar!

I finished one jar of this product in the past and really liked it, so I bought a travel size again. Unfortunately, this time the gel part arrived not filled up. It looked 1/4 less than the cream part, as if someone had used it. However, I am sure the product was new because the box looked pristine. Could it be a batch problem? The previous jar I finished did not have the same issue, but I still finished the gel more quickly than the cream. Now with this jar arrived underfilled, I am sure the gel will run out when I still have half jar of the cream left. If not for this issue I would have given 4-5 stars.
