Begin with dry hair. Comb and part your hair as you normally wear it. Put on gloves.
- Open one activator packet and pour it into the bowl.
- Mix the color and activator with the brush until fully blended.
- Apply to your roots on your t-zone (hairline & part).
- Use the cleansing wipe to remove any color from your skin.
- Set a timer for 10 minutes.
- Wearing gloves, rinse hair until the water runs clear.
- Shampoo then condition with the Color Therapy Hair Mask included in your kit.
- Let the mask sit for 5 minutes then rinse again.

It was easy to use and covered my extremely stubborn gray regrowth around my temples. I apply around those areas first, apply everywhere else, and then leave it on for about 35-40 minutes (as I do with any root touch up kit). Anything less isn't effective and 10 minutes certainly does nothing for my regrowth. The neutral color is great as I am ashy and that is hard to match with a kit. I bought this in store so I can't speak to delivery. Although the colorist in store helped me choose the appropriate color since I was in between.

It works well when you want to touch up color/Cover grays on your part and around your face. Just wish that there were a few more color selections because it doesn't quite match up to the normal Madison Reex color I use.

Used 6R for 10 minutes on my light Auburn hair… it came out dark red/purple?!? Please make a lighter shade of red like a red gold level 7/8.. if the color was right it was perfect otherwise!!
